What do you need help deciding?
Every option is included on Free. Optional.
Your idea is never used to train a model without your explicit consent.
AI, engineers, agencies, consultants and vendors can execute almost anything. Fermize comes first: test whether the evidence says the decision deserves execution.

Wilbur Labs · 2026 founder survey ↗The evidence gate
Fermize tests whether the problem is real, demand is credible, and — when revenue is the goal — there is evidence people will pay, before AI, a team, or a vendor executes.
Attention, subscribers, engagement, interest and signups are not treated as willingness-to-pay evidence unless the actual evidence supports it.
Decision before execution
Execution comes last. Fermize breaks the decision down, tests the assumptions, and only turns a PROCEED call into action once the evidence earns it.
Fermize takes its name from Fermi-style reasoning: break a difficult, uncertain decision into smaller answerable questions, test them against evidence, and let the answers determine the call.
The decision is split into the smaller questions it actually depends on.
Each assumption is checked against real market, demand and competitive evidence.
Findings converge into one call — Proceed or Stop. Never a hedge.
The verdict becomes a milestone, gated on proof rather than a checkbox.
Outcomes return to the record and sharpen the next decision.

Illustrative exampleThe problem
You haven't shown what someone would get for $15 a month.
The market
Newsletters can make money through sponsors, paid subscriptions, or both.
Customer demand
8,000 subscribers prove people are interested. They don't prove people will pay $15 a month.
The competition
Readers already have plenty of free and paid options.
The call
Next move
First, prove people will pay. Try a small sponsor test and ask a small group of readers to commit to $15 before you build the paid tier.
Why I built Fermize
I spent nearly a year using multiple AI tools to research and evaluate business ideas. They could help me generate, analyze, research, and build — but they still left me with the expensive question: which idea was actually worth pursuing?
So I built Fermize to make that decision before the spend. I used early versions of Fermize to decide whether Fermize itself was worth building. It's the tool I wanted when I was stuck — something that would challenge the assumption, test it against evidence, and tell me when the next investment was actually earned.
