How Fermize handles your information

You bring real business content into Fermize — ideas, numbers, documents. Here is exactly what happens to it, in plain language.

Fermize supports business decisions. It is not a substitute for legal, tax, investment, or other regulated professional advice.

01

What do you collect?

Your business content — the decisions, notes, uploads and connected material you bring into Fermize — plus your account details and basic usage records needed to run the product. Your idea text is never placed in a URL, never stored in your browser's local storage, and never included in the abuse-prevention counters.

02

Why do you use it?

To run the assessment you asked for, produce your report, keep your projects and evidence available, and support your account. Completed reports stay in your account permanently — they do not expire or move behind a paywall.

03

Who may process it?

Fermize staff who need access to operate and support the product, and service providers acting on our instructions for a specific purpose.

04

How is AI and research processing used?

Your business content is sent to AI and research providers so a decision can be broken down, tested against evidence and written up. It is processed to produce your result and returned to you — it is not shared with other customers. Your idea is not used to train a model without your separate, explicit consent, which is off by default.

05

What controls do I have?

You choose what to submit, what to upload or connect. Signed in, you can change consent preferences, review policy versions, and manage product communications. Open your privacy controls →

06

Can I export or delete it?

Yes. You can export your data, close your account, and then request irreversible deletion. Closure has a recovery window you can cancel during; purge after that is permanent.

07

What happens with uploaded or connected material?

Files you upload live in the project's Documents vault with an access class — Internal, Investor-only, or Legal-only. It stays scoped to your workspace, and lowering a classification or permanently deleting a document requires recent identity verification.

08

How are payments handled?

Checkout is hosted by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own hosted checkout page and are never entered into, transmitted through, or stored by Fermize. A paid plan becomes active only when Stripe confirms payment through a signed, verified notification. Returning from the checkout page does not itself activate anything. Card payment is not switched on in this environment yet.

09

What is not settled yet?

Final Terms of Service are not yet published. Nothing on this page has been reviewed or approved by legal counsel, and nothing here should be read as a completed agreement.

The named operating legal entity, refund terms, and a published support contact are also not finalised, and we will not guess at them here.

If something here is unclear, ask us before you upload it.

Questions about your content, exports or deletion can be raised from your account, and we will answer in plain language.
